License and requirements
A paid subscription permits UDCAD repair use on one Windows PC at a time for the paid period. Free inspection is available without a subscription. You must supply a compatible, legitimately licensed full AutoCAD installation identified by the assistant and have rights to process each drawing. No Autodesk software or license is supplied. Do not resell or share license keys. The app's third-party components retain their separate licenses.
Billing and cancellation
The checkout page and PayPal approval screen state the currency, initial charge, recurring charge and billing interval. Monthly subscriptions have one discounted first billing month followed by the displayed regular monthly price. Annual subscriptions charge the displayed annual price. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the introductory rate applies to the first cycle of the new subscription, not to annual purchases. Cancel before your next billing date through the customer portal or PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves the already paid period. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or additional charges according to your agreement with them.
Delivery and access
The license key becomes available after confirmed payment. Keep it securely. Approval or a pending payment does not provide repair access. Internet access is needed to activate and refresh authorization. Cached authorization lasts at most 72 hours within the paid term. Opening or reloading the website requires internet access; the 72-hour license cache is not a promise of an offline website. Already submitted local jobs can continue if the website closes. Refunds, payment reversals or reviewed disputes may remove access funded by the affected payment. Device reset is available once every seven days; contact support for exceptional recovery.
Repair limitations
Repair changes object structure and can remove parametric editing capabilities. Keep originals and verify all exported results before use. The recorded MOVE check is limited to the scope described in Help and does not certify engineering correctness, completeness, or visual fidelity. Do not use a result as the sole basis for safety-critical or professional decisions.
Support and statutory rights
Support and refund requests use the contact below. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. The seller must publish any jurisdiction-specific terms and tax treatment before offering subscriptions in that jurisdiction. Changes to existing paid plans require appropriate customer notice and any consent required by PayPal or applicable law.
