Use the license key provided after payment. Keep this key private: it controls your subscription and device activation.
Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Device reset is available once every seven days; an old offline activation can remain usable for up to 72 hours.
Lost your key? Contact support with your PayPal subscription or transaction ID and the purchasing email. Never send your PayPal password. Recovery requires verification by the seller.
